WOAH! First blog since March of 2020… that was a weird time huh? This is about when we were all watching the news wondering if we were all going to survive this covid thing… watching the death count in the lower right hand corner of the screen tick up and up… weird to even think back about that.

But in light of this being a very positive, motivating, uplifting and comical type of blog… let’s just be grateful and happy that I am writing this and hopefully you are still reading this 🙂 WOOFTA.

While many of our friends and family were sent home and called that crazy term “non-essential”, Real Estate blew UP. Which is likely why I stopped writing. I didn’t prioritize my time with it and focused solely on how I could help my clients, friends and family on how to navigate this new world we were diving into. It felt like the great migration from the city to Western WI.

Fast forward to NOW. It’s September 2023. Over the past 3 years, I took on the role as leader of our real estate team after my amazing team lead decided to retire, had a baby, really focused on growing my leadership skills and business as a leader, and then got unexpectedly pregnant again with a 3rd baby…. seems like a trend… I know. Another little boy coming early Nov. 2023.

With all of that happening I lost a little bit of that “creative” side to myself that I really enjoy. And while I LOVE helping my network sell and buy homes… I need to fuel that left side of the brain too to keep me balanced and excited. Plus let’s be real, if you own your own business you know how crucial the online space is and creating content is a great way to attract your ideal clients. So there’s that too.

Now I DO NOT think that my life is so exciting and important that you really needed this recap… BUT I needed a place to start, to re-launch.

So here is what you are going to find as you hopefully continue to hang with me over in my online corner of the world…. I really want this to be a space that allows me to talk about ALL the things that excite me. I wear many hats… as do most of us. So let’s embrace that shall we?

• Boy mom stuff and funny daily life occurrences that are comical, relatable and real.
• Realtor tips, guides and trainings.
• Financial freedom and budgeting tips as I embark on my journey to be debt free
• Copy writing and how to write copy with YOUR voice. I don’t have professional training, but I consider this a skill of mine and want to help you do the same.
• I love the outdoors so expect to find that here.
• I’m always looking to level up my life, so anything that involves improving my physical and mental health that is worth sharing… I’ll do that too.
• MISC… I’m really into travel, live music, wine, singing, playing the guitar, helping our local community, supporting other women business owners….
